SalSon Logistics is seeking a Dispatcher in Manteno, IL to support our growing operations. This is a critical role within the organization, responsible for ensuring freight moves efficiently, drivers are supported, and service levels are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
- Monitor routes, driver performance, and service levels in real time
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Problem-solve delays, service issues, and route changes quickly and efficiently
- Optimize routing and load planning to maximize productivity
- Maintain accurate records in dispatch and transportation systems
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
- Schedule Options: Monday- Friday or Sunday- Thursday
What Were Looking For
- Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation operations
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High sense of accountability and ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with TMS systems (TMW, McLeod, or similar) is a plus
