Maintenance Dispatcher/Service Manager

Job Description:

Primary function will be to dispatch work orders primarily to our sister company TXB/Kwik Chek locations and to some Dealer locations. Main duties of the job are to respond to emergency and nonemergency work orders by dispatching these work orders to McCraw techs and 3rd party service companies to repair equipment in these locations. Order parts for fuel equipment, lights, and replacement parts as needed. Conduct monthly inventory of parts in the cage. Purchase equipment for stores as needed. Get quotes for equipment repair/replacement as needed. Manage fuel compliance for tanks, lines, and other fuel equipment as required by TCEQ in Texas and OCC in Oklahoma. Occasional, shipping back warranty parts. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• General knowledge of various types of equipment used in convenience stores
• Ability to work with little or no supervision, given proper instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally and written at a high level.
• Ability to follow instructions, given either orally or in writing
• Proficient with Excel and Word documents
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Excellent listening skills
• Schedule may include on call on a rotating basis

Training and Experience

• 
  Experience in dispatching work orders or customer service is recommended but will train the right candidates
• Experience in general trades of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and handy man maintenance is recommended but will train the right candidates
