Dispatcher

Job description

We are looking for a ready mix concrete and concrete block dispatcher to join our team. The position handles all the order taking, scheduling, and dispatching required to get the product there on time.

Responsibilities:

• day-to-day dispatching concrete and concrete block
• Assist in responding to sales and customer requests
• Managing drivers and equipment for order fulfillment
• Scheduling deliveries day-to-day
• Inventory tracking
• Provide on-job customer support, as well as miscellaneous projects and assignments

Compensation commensurate with experience.

About Roanoke Concrete Products:

We are a family owned and operated ready mix concrete company that has been in business since 1948. Over the years we have grown to make a name for ourselves in the concrete industry, whether it be for state, commercial, or residential jobs. We currently operate 10 ready mix locations with 1 block manufacturing plant and 1 mining site. We operate over 70 concrete mixers along with numerous block, material, and pump trucks. We are a growing company that is looking for dedicated individuals that are looking for a career to join our team.
