Riggs Towing & Recovery is looking for a dependable, quick-thinking Dispatcher to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

Schedule:

• Wednesday-Friday 1:00pm - 9:00pm
• Saturday 10:00am - 5:00pm

What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming calls and dispatch drivers efficiently
• Provide strong customer service to callers, often in stressful situations
• Take payments from customers accurately and professionally
• Communicate clearly with customers and our team
• Monitor job statuses and keep accurate records
• Prioritize calls and manage busy periods with confidence

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Prior dispatching or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
