Position: Dispatcher

Salary: Up to PKR 100,000 / month + Performance Bonuses

Shifts:

- Dispatcher: 5 PM – 2 AM

- Sales: 6 PM – 3 AM

Location: Main Gulberg, Lahore

Experience: 6 months – 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch & Scheduling

Live Fleet Tracking

Documentation & Reporting

Problem Solving & Coordination

Ensure Compliance with SOPs

Requirements:

- 6 months – 1 yr as dispatcher, fleet coordinator, or call center agent

- Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred

- Strong Urdu & English communication

- MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools

- Can multitask & stay calm under pressure
