Role Description

ASLAN Mechanical is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to join our team. Based on-site in Grand Island, NE, the Dispatcher will coordinate and schedule service calls, manage technician assignments, and ensure timely responses to customer needs. Daily tasks include answering inbound service requests, prioritizing work orders, maintaining clear communication with field technicians, and providing updates to customers. The Dispatcher will also play a key role in tracking job progress and maintaining accurate records to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and scheduling skills to manage and coordinate service calls and technician assignments
• Experience in ServiceTitan
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both customers and team members effectively
• Proficiency in using technology and office software, including scheduling tools and data entry systems
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to prioritize tasks and make decisions under pressure
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services
• Previous experience in dispatch or similar roles in a service-based industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in dispatch operations is a plus
