Dispatcher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching service technicians efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule customer calls for service.

- Communicate with technicians and office staff to ensure timely delivery and pick-up of services

- Utilize computer field management software for efficient dispatching (Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Etc)

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner

- Analyze logistics data to optimize routes and schedules

- Use GIS software to track vehicle locations and optimize routes

Skills:

- Proficiency in dispatching procedures and computer fleet management software (Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Etc.)

- Strong communication skills to interact with technicians, customers, and office staff

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

- Excellent phone etiquette for clear and effective communication

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
