Dispatcher

Dispatcher / Location (Dammam/ Jubail / Yanbu).

Job description & Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule daily dispatch operations for incoming and outgoing chemical shipments.

Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with schedules.

Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics teams to manage dispatch activities.

Ensure all shipments comply with safety regulations and company policies related to chemical handling and transportation.

Prepare and verify shipping documents, including delivery notes, manifests, and invoices.

Maintain accurate records of dispatched and received goods.

Handle and resolve any issues or delays in transportation or delivery.

Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding shipment status and delivery timelines.

Monitor inventory movement and report discrepancies or damages.

Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and handling of chemical products according to regulatory standards.

Optimize routes and dispatch schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Use dispatch and tracking systems to update shipment status in real-time.Job Requirements: Diploma’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Dispatcher, preferably in the chemical or logistics industry. Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures, including documentation and inventory control. Familiarity with safety regulations related to handling and transporting chemicals. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using dispatching systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Good command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours if required.

Pay: From ﷼2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
