Qualifications
Ability to effectively multitask across multiple CRM platforms, communication systems, and AI-powered tools simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail
Maintain regular attendance
Have excellent interpersonal communication skills
Take responsibility for work
Solve problems quickly and creatively
Collaborate with the team on a regular basis
Manage multiple streams of communication amongst multiple locations
Assist in decision making and be regularly required to make decisions for scheduling/dispatching
Take initiative
Be professional in appearance
Have a positive and team-oriented attitude
Abide by all company policies and procedures

ProBook experience
Responsibilities
Working alongside AI-Powered systems to schedule and assign calls to technicians
Work closely with technicians to schedule return calls for customers
Work alongside AI-powered system to assign and dispatch calls to appropriate technicians based on skillsets of technicians and location of call in an efficient manner
Communicate with customers for scheduling calls and confirming appointments
Other duties as assigned
