Overview:
Dispatcher – Canfield
Pay: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full-Time

Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and document critical information as needed

Knowledgeably prioritize calls based on urgency and importance

Monitor field technicians to effectively manage schedules and optimize time utilization

Schedule customer appointments using right tech/right call guidelines

Perform accurate data entry to track calls, jobs, and customer information

Previous dispatching experience required

Home services industry experience and/or ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
