Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our fast-paced towing and roadside assistance team. This position requires the ability to manage a high volume of incoming service requests, coordinate with drivers, and ensure jobs are dispatched efficiently and accurately.

Our dispatchers typically handle 3–5 jobs per hour and must be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment where multitasking and quick decision-making are essential.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch towing and roadside assistance jobs to vendors.
• Manage multiple jobs simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and service providers.
• Monitor job progress and provide updates when needed.
• Ensure all dispatch information is entered correctly into the system.
• Resolve scheduling and routing issues quickly.
• Maintain professionalism during high-volume periods.

Requirements

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dispatch software.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Previous dispatch, customer service, logistics, towing, or roadside assistance experience is preferred but not required.
