Dispatcher

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Data entry related to material, quantity and billing details

- Communicate with drivers in detail jobsite direction and next job assignments

- Review daily log sheets, training paperwork, process time off requests and communications with drivers

- Learn and engage in Logistics operations in support of specific customers

- Experience in compiling data to maximize resources

- Extensive interaction with drivers, including but not limited to timely and courteous communication

Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and high sense of urgency

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and communicate with the team when conflicts arise

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
