Dispatcher

Marin Airporter is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable person to join our team.

As a dispatcher you will act as a coordinator between our drivers, supervisors, and mechanics. You will also be a key communicator in our partnership with Marin Transit. This is a 40 hour a week position in our home office in San Rafael. Your schedule will be You will be responsible for:

• Monitoring our CAD/AVL system
• Tracking sign in/out by all drivers
• Ensure data is reporting properly within the system
• Create tickets for non-functioning units
• Responsible for seeing equipment through repair/maintenance process
• Troubleshooting equipment issues and responding to drivers
• Participate in monthly operation meetings between Marin Airporter and Marin Transit
• Assist customer service department
• Assist with general administrative duties as assigned

Our current Schedule (subject to change in the future):

• Mon-Wed 10am-7pm
• Sat/Sun- 5am-2pm
• Thurs/Fri-off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
