Dispatcher

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule the calls for the drivers
- Communicate with drivers when need be
- Monitor tow jobs and assign them to driver
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Calling customers and informing them when drivers shall arrive

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with transportation management
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other communication tools.
- Knowledge of Area, Louisville, KY and Zip Codes for optimizing tows to drivers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Effective communication skills to interact with drivers, customers

*2nd Shift (Hours 4PM-12AM)

*3rd Shift (Hours 12AM-8AM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
