YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR PLUMBER DISPATCHER

You'll work from the comfort of your home office, fielding calls and coordinating service requests from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday . Communication, time management, and attention to detail will be key to your success. Our Plumber Dispatchers communicate with technicians throughout the day, strategically dispatching techs to jobs based on availability, proximity, and skill set. As requests come in through email, our dispatch system, and over the phone, you'll accurately document information and schedule jobs to maximize timeliness and satisfaction. You'll also work within ServiceTitan to maintain job records, monitor appointment statuses, and leave general notes. Once jobs are finished, you'll follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business.

Here's What We Need From You

• Dispatch or job scheduling experience (preferably with a plumbing or related home services company)
• Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish
• ServiceTitan proficiency
• Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free area to work from home
• Clear, courteous, and professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions while under pressure
