Primary Job Functions: Coordinates and oversees technician’s work, maintains the technician’s daily schedules and dispatches technician’s as calls are completed. This role will be responsible for booking and dispatching same day and emergency calls per request and communicate any schedules changes to the technician and customer.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Two-three years minimum, knowledge in software systems such as Google Suite, ServiceTitan (or similar programs), and cloud-based messaging platforms
• Preferred: Prior experience in HVAC & Plumbing
• Must pass drug and background screens
