Position Overview:
The Dispatcher plays a critical role in coordinating daily inspection assignments and optimizing the scheduling of Inspectors to ensure timely service delivery and operational efficiency. This position serves as the primary point of contact for client communications, managing job requests and using dispatching software to align inspector deployment with location, availability, and project needs. The Dispatcher also supports administrative functions, including work orders, purchase orders, scheduling, and inspector records, while ensuring compliance with safety procedures. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Communicate professionally with client representatives via phone and email for job assignments.

Document conversations with clients and prepare work orders.

Coordinate job assignments in relation to the location of Inspectors: using online dispatching software to maximize production and minimize travel time.

Manage the scheduling, deployment, and Time Off usage of all Inspectors.

Assist the Productivity Project Manager when necessary with word orders and Inspectors' paperwork issues.

Obtain and organize all purchase orders prior to scheduling Inspectors.

Adhering and abiding to all safety procedures.

Performs other duties as assigned.
