Job Summary:
The Dispatcher is primarily responsible for assigning and dispatching technicians to appropriate locations. The Dispatcher reports to the Service Manager and supports administration functions.

Duties:

Be knowledgeable of company policies and procedures, processes, Team Member expectations, and quality and safety standards.

Become proficient with the company’s service / accounting / management software.

Answers phone and emails and transfer as necessary.
-
Generates service calls.
-
Dispatches technicians and maintains dispatch board.
-
Issues purchase orders.
-
Assists with parts ordering.
-
Maintains the on-call schedule.
-
Performs non-specific duties that arise in support of our team's efforts.

Other other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
-
High school diploma or GED required.
-
2-5 years of proven service dispatch experience preferred.

Knowledge and understanding of commercial HVAC systems and components preferred
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
-
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
