Dispatcher 2nd or 3rd shift

Job Title: Dispatcher (Overnight Shift)
Full-Time | 2nd Shift | Rotating Weekends | Full Benefits package including but not limited to Medical along with PTO & 401K

Schedule: Monday - Friday 2 PM to 10 PM or 4 PM to 12 AM / rotating weekends (not every other weekend, typically several times out of year)

Must be able to work in office for training 2-3 weeks in Eau Claire, WI and attend periodic meeting in person/office. Once training is complete and good performance, ability to work from home is an opportunity.(We’ve got a little wiggle room with days, but rotating weekends are part of the deal.), Are you a night owl who thrives under pressure and loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for an Overnight Dispatcher to be the heartbeat of our operations after dark.

You’ll be the go-to person making sure drivers, vehicles, and schedules are in sync, whether it’s a planned route or a last-minute shift in the game plan. Think of yourself as the mission control for our nighttime crew.

What You'll be Doing:

Coordinating drivers and equipment like a boss

Monitoring schedules and making real-time adjustments

Communicating quickly and clearly with team members

Juggling priorities without breaking a sweat

Working closely with Dispatch Leads & Regional Managers to stay ahead of the curve

Keeping accurate records because... details matter

What We're Looking For:

Experience in dispatch, logistics, or operations is a plus

Strong multitasking and communication skills

Cool under pressure (you don’t panic when plans change—because they will)

Tech-savvy and comfortable using dispatching software

Available to work overnight and on rotating weekends

A team player who’s dependable and quick-thinking
