We are seeking a Dispatcher to join our team!

The Dispatcher role works as a team with other dispatchers to manage our drivers, and supports the Transportation and Dispatch management team in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. This position will be best suited for a reliable, self-motivated, culture-driving leader with an affection for detail and on-the-fly problem solving.

Principal Roles and Responsibilities:

Optimizing routing software to ensure the most efficient and effective routes possible.

• Ensuring that all drivers are using equipment properly and safely
• Supporting our drivers through any delivery and equipment issues
• Reporting and arranging maintenance and repair of trucks/trailers
• Communicate with our team regarding deliveries, recovery options, scheduling of deliveries, etc.
• Utilizing our software to maintain correct inventory as related to deliveries/product returns
• Returning product to inventory in the correct Warehouse Location

Relevant Experience:

Working experience in Logistics, Dispatching, Driver Management (1+year preferred)

• Working knowledge of routing in a fast-paced, fluid environment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
