Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Dispatcher & Accounting Assistant to support daily volumetric concrete dispatch operations and handle entry-level accounting duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly respond to inquiries.
- Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate project details.
- Schedule and dispatch volumetric concrete trucks to job sites efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries, equipment, and scheduling.
- Prepare invoices, record payments, and maintain organized records.
- Enter daily Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Update and keep current company social media sites.
- Maintain all driver files including DOT medical, MVR and licensing.
- Perform general office tasks, including data entry and organization.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Previous dispatch experience or concrete knowledge preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and scheduling software.
- Bonus if fluent in Spanish.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 7:00 AM- 4:00 PM - flexible for the right fit!
