Pay: $25–$30/hour + monthly performance bonuses

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule and dispatch plumbers efficiently
• Communicate appointment details and service expectations clearly
• Support technicians with job updates and daily coordination
• Assist with invoicing, payments, and customer follow-ups
• Help keep daily operations organized and running smoothly

• Customer service or dispatch experience (trade experience a plus)
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
