Job Summary

This person will serve as the primary point of contact for drivers in delivering feed to customers, ensuring that the product is delivered promptly and efficiently. This role requires clear communication, strong organizational skills, and a focus on delivering high-quality products by coordinating daily driver routes, addressing customer concerns, and supporting office operations. This position helps maintain strong customer relationships by troubleshooting problems while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Responsibilities

  • Process daily orders for customers and mills
  • Coordinate and dispatch customer deliveries by creating daily driver routes using Google Maps for efficient route planning and optimization
  • Track driver routes and monitor safety using Verizon Connect
  • Answer phones, greet customers, and provide a strong, friendly customer service presence
  • Weigh trucks in and out as needed
  • Manage and maintain customer contracts
  • Create weekly invoices for mills
  • Track and update weekly product pricing
  • Assist with product testing as needed
  • Develop and maintain the company’s social media presence
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front office environment

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Benefits

  • Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm. (335-40 hours week)
  • Full-Time benefits include: Health insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, 401K, Profit Sharing
  • Hourly Rate: $20 - $25 per hour

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
