Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

We are a growing USA-based trucking and dispatch company seeking experienced and competent Truck Dispatchers to join our team. This role is ideal for motivated professionals who want to understand the U.S. freight market and can efficiently manage drivers, negotiate rates, and maximize profitability.

As a Truck Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating freight, communicating with drivers and brokers, planning routes, and ensuring timely and profitable deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and manage company drivers or owner-operators
• Maintain constant communication with drivers and customers
• Track shipments and resolve issues in real time
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, and driver activity

Must Have

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Basic understanding of the trucking or logistics industry (training will be provided)
• Willingness to learn U.S. freight dispatch operations
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, online systems)
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• 1+ year of experience as a Truck Dispatcher in the U.S. market
• Hands-on experience with load boards
• Experience managing multiple drivers and loads simultaneously
• Familiarity with ELD systems and TMS software
• Knowledge of U.S. freight lanes, DOT regulations, and compliance
• Proven ability to maximize driver productivity and profitability
