Duties

• Coordinate dispatching of resources using systems such as Service Titan
• Utilize GPS and GIS tools to track vehicle locations, optimize routes, and improve efficiency.
• Communicate effectively via multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette with customers, drivers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Enter data accurately into Service Titan.
• Help strategize the day

Requirements

• Proven experience with Service Titan
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data related to revenue, fleet utilization, and logistics performance.
• Familiarity with GPS software.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for coordinating dispatch activities.
• Proficiency in data entry
• Ability to multitask effectively within multi-line phone systems while maintaining attention to detail. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.46 - $29.46 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
