Elite Fleet Services is a growing mobile repair company providing 24/7 truck and trailer repair, preventive maintenance, and emergency roadside assistance across Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, and parts of Iowa. We support commercial fleets with fast response times, experienced technicians, and strong communication from dispatch to completion.

We are hiring a Dispatcher / Manager to help lead daily operations, coordinate service calls, support field technicians, and deliver a high level of customer service.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for managing the flow of service calls, dispatching technicians efficiently, communicating with customers, and helping keep day-to-day operations organized and on schedule. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, and experienced in dispatch, service coordination, fleet maintenance, or trucking operations.

Responsibilities

· Dispatch mobile technicians based on location, urgency, workload, and skill set

· Coordinate emergency roadside calls and scheduled maintenance service requests

· Communicate with customers regarding service updates, ETAs, approvals, and job status

· Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules throughout the day as needed

· Review work orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation

· Help manage open jobs, follow-ups, and service delays

· Support workflow and communication through dispatch and service platforms

· Work closely with technicians and leadership to resolve issues quickly and professionally

· Help improve dispatch processes, service efficiency, and customer experience

Qualifications

· Experience in dispatching, service coordination, fleet maintenance, trucking, or repair operations preferred

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

· Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment under pressure

· Comfortable using phones, email, and computer-based scheduling systems

· Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus

· Knowledge of truck and trailer service operations is strongly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.48 - $28.27 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
