We’re looking for a reliable, organized CSR who can help keep our schedule full and our

customers taken care of.

Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the voice of the company. Your primary

responsibility is handling inbound calls, booking appointments, and supporting scheduling to

ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Call Handling & Booking

● Answer inbound calls professionally and efficiently

● Schedule service appointments and confirm details

● Convert incoming calls into booked jobs

Scheduling & Dispatch Support

● Coordinate technician schedules and availability

● Prioritize urgent and same-day calls

● Help maintain a full and optimized schedule

Customer Experience

● Communicate clearly and set expectations

● Handle questions and resolve concerns

● Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Administrative Support

● Maintain accurate customer records in CRM

● Update job notes and appointment details

● Assist with general office tasks

Sales Support

● Recommend services and maintenance options when appropriate

● Maximize booking opportunities on every call

Qualifications

● 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience

● Strong phone presence and communication skills

● Highly organized and detail-oriented

● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

● HVAC, chimney, or home service experience is a plus

● CRM experience (ServiceTitan preferred, not required)

● Starting Pay: $16/hour + bonus eligibility
