Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Dispatcher / Office Support
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher / Office Support team member to manage daily scheduling, coordinate service calls, and provide exceptional customer service for our growing HVAC company. This role is essential to keeping field operations running smoothly while ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service, maintenance, and installation calls
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain clear communication between technicians, customers, and management
  • Enter and update job details, customer information, and work orders in company software
  • Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules as needed for efficiency
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Assist with general office duties including filing, data entry, and email correspondence
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all service calls and customer interactions

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or office support preferred (HVAC industry a plus)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Work Environment

  • Office-based position
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent phone and computer use
  • Requires ability to sit for extended periods and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
