Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

Service Dispatcher for field service technicians. Answer incoming service calls and scheduled technicians via tablets and cell phones. 1-years dispatch experience and general knowledge of South Florida and the Tri-County area is required.

• Coordinate and dispatch field technicians to service calls.
• Communicate effectively with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates.
• Manage daily schedules and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and technician assignments.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
