We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Dispatcher to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers — answering inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating with field technicians to ensure timely dispatching. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a background in the trades or restoration industry, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical support we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and manage inbound customer calls in a professional, courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and coordinate dispatching of technicians
- Communicate job details, priorities, and updates to field staff
- Track and manage work orders and scheduling software
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service status
- Provide general administrative support to the office team
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a dispatcher or customer service role
- Background in an HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or restoration/remediation service company strongly preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM tools, or similar platforms
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player
