Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Dispatcher to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers — answering inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating with field technicians to ensure timely dispatching. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a background in the trades or restoration industry, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical support we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound customer calls in a professional, courteous manner
• Schedule appointments and coordinate dispatching of technicians
• Communicate job details, priorities, and updates to field staff
• Track and manage work orders and scheduling software
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service status
• Provide general administrative support to the office team

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a dispatcher or customer service role
• Background in an HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or restoration/remediation service company strongly preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM tools, or similar platforms
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player
