Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative
Luxe Mechanicals – Indian Trail, NC
Luxe Mechanicals is looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our growing team in an office position. We are a fast-paced HVAC company looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and comfortable working with customers and computers daily.
### Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
- Schedule service calls and appointments
- Dispatch technicians to jobs
- Handle customer communication and follow-ups
- Create and manage invoices and billing
- Enter customer and job information into company software
- Assist with office organization and daily administrative tasks
- Work alongside management to help keep operations running smoothly
### Requirements:
- Strong computer skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Professional attitude and appearance
### Preferred Experience (Not Required):
- QuickBooks experience
- Dispatching experience
- Billing and invoicing experience
- Experience using ServiceTitan (big plus)
### Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
### Pay:
- Pay will depend on experience
