Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

EZ Haul Transport is a fast-growing transportation and logistics company specializing in hot shot freight, expedited shipping, and oilfield logistics across the United States. We combine asset-based trucking solutions with real-time logistics coordination to keep freight moving efficiently and customers informed.

We’re looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our dispatching team — the driving force behind our operation. As a dispatcher at EZ Haul Transport, you’ll communicate with drivers, coordinate freight movements, negotiate rates, and help manage daily logistics operations nationwide.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, fast-paced environments, and working with people. No prior dispatching experience is required — we’re willing to train the right candidate. Experience in trucking, logistics, sales, or customer service is a plus.

During training and the first few months, candidates will be expected to work from our office to ensure proper onboarding and team development.

Pay: $250.00 - $500.00 per week
