Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic construction team. . In this role, you will coordinate the efficient dispatching of technicians , scheduling projects with clients and sourcing parts and materials for upcoming jobs. Your proactive communication skills and technical expertise will ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and satisfied clients. Duties

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians to jobs
• Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to complete jobs.
• Provide and distribute daily schedules.
• Purchase inventory for jobs
• Inventory warehouse parts and materials

Requirements

• Proven experience in the construction industry. Knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing trades a plus
• Valid Drivers License
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while demonstrating superior phone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $24.53 - $32.00 per hour
