Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various clerical tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
  • Greet visitors at the front desk and assist them as needed.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Utilize Google Suite and QuickBooks for document management and financial record keeping.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff members.
  • Provide support for special projects as assigned by management.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance productivity.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
