• Coordinate daily dispatching activities for AAA, Private and Insurance company's.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, and customers via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear and professional phone etiquette.
• Manage GPS and GIS data to monitor vehicle locations, optimize routes, and support transportation planning efforts.
• Oversee tow schedules, deliveries, and receiving operations to ensure timely execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive communication throughout the supply chain process
• Prior experience in dispatching within a logistics or transportation environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with GPS technology, GIS mapping tools, and route optimization techniques is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally while demonstrating strong phone etiquette.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
