Dispatcher and Reservationist

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dispatcher and Reservationist to join Aircar: an executive chauffeured transportation service. In this vital role, you will coordinate daily dispatch operations, manage reservations, and ensure seamless communication between clients, drivers, and logistics partners. Your proactive approach will help optimize fleet utilization, improve service delivery, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing clear and courteous communication to clients, drivers, and internal teams.
• Schedule and confirm reservations using transportation management systems such as Ground Widgets and Samara, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Dispatch drivers efficiently by analyzing GPS data, GIS mapping tools, and real-time fleet locations to optimize routes and pickup/dropoff times.
• Monitor fleet management systems to track vehicle status, maintenance needs, and compliance with transportation planning standards.
• Provide exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and facilitate smooth operations.

Experience

• Prior experience in dispatching or reservation management within transportation or logistics sectors is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems such as Ground Widgets/Santa Cruz, Limo Anywhere, or Moovs is advantageous.
• Strong analysis skills for interpreting GPS data and GIS mapping tools to make informed dispatch decisions.
• Knowledge of DFW Airport, DFW traffic patterns, major venues and hotels and restaurants is highly valued.
• Ability to manage a fleet of luxury vehicles of varying sizes is important.
• Demonstrated ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
