About Us

At CFX Logistics, we take pride in delivering efficient logistics and outstanding customer service. We’re looking for a motivated Dispatcher and Tracing Coordinator to join our growing operations team and help ensure our shipments are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and dispatch shipments, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery.

Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates to customers and drivers.

Track and trace loads using Motive and carrier portals.

Operate and manage shipments using Loadlink to post, track, and coordinate freight.

Resolve any transportation issues or delays quickly and professionally.

Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and shipment documentation.

Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Support the operations team with scheduling, routing, and logistics planning.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation coordination.

Knowledge of Loadlink and ability to operate the platform confidently.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Shift Time: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am or 7:30 pm to 4:30 am

Pay: starting 17k per month to 25k per month (depends on your experience)
