Dispatcher Assistant (Trucking / Logistics)

Trucking company is looking for a Dispatcher Assistant to support our dispatch team.
We work with reefer loads (food products) and coordinate deliveries across the US.

This is an office position with a fast-paced work environment. The role involves daily communication with drivers, warehouses, and freight brokers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist dispatcher with daily operations
• Track loads and update load status
• Communicate with drivers regarding pickups and deliveries
• Call warehouses to confirm or reschedule appointments
• Check load paperwork and documents
• Update internal records and spreadsheets

Requirements:

• Russian – required (most drivers are Russian-speaking)
• English – good spoken communication required (calls with warehouses and brokers)
• Basic computer skills
• Organized and able to multitask
• Responsible and reliable

Work schedule:

• Office job
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (50 hours per week)

Compensation:

• Pay: $22.50 – $25 per hour to start

Important:
Payment is made to your own company / 1099 contractor.

Experience in trucking, logistics, or dispatching is a plus, but not required.
