Dispatcher – Job Description

We are looking for a well-organized and reliable Dispatcher to support transport and delivery operations within a busy construction and logistics environment.

What You’ll Do?

• Schedule and assign trucks and drivers for deliveries
• Coordinate transport of materials to sites and warehouses
• Monitor vehicle movements and delivery progress
• Communicate with drivers, site teams, and warehouse staff
• Prepare dispatch schedules and delivery reports
• Track delays, breakdowns, and delivery issues
• Maintain dispatch logs and transport records
• Support smooth logistics and warehouse operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organization and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic computer skills for reporting and tracking
• Experience in logistics or transport is an advantage
• Ability to handle shift-based work if required

Pay: Up to QAR3,500.00 per month
