Dispatcher-Bilingual (Spanish)

We are looking for the right candidate to fill a Bilingual Dispatch position. Responsibilities include:

• Answering calls
• Scheduling jobs
• Providing basic pricing information and estimates
• Real time management tracking trucks, jobs, routing and re-routing drivers as needed

Requirements:

• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Availability - M-F 6am-6pm and occasionally Saturdays. Hours will vary based on the needs of the business.
• Have at least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Uphold a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills
• Posses basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office)
• 18 years or older.
