Tree Builders Group is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our growing team in San Jose. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional on the phone, and able to respond quickly to new leads while coordinating schedules between clients and field staff.
Responsibilities:
- - Contact new leads immediately by phone, text, and email
- - Schedule appointments
- - Follow up with prospective clients and maintain consistent communication
- - Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- - Coordinate schedules between office staff, clients, and field teams
- - Maintain accurate records in CRM and lead tracking systems
- - Monitor incoming leads and ensure timely follow-up
- - Assist with administrative and office support tasks as needed
Requirements:
- - Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or office coordination
- experience preferred
- - Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- - Professional and confident phone presence
- - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- - Proficient with computers, email, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
- Construction industry experience is a plus
Ideal Candidate:

- - Able to work well with both clients and field personnel
Work Location: In-person at our San Jose office.
We strongly prefer candidates with prior dispatching or scheduling experience, especially in construction or home services. The primary goal of this position is to ensure every lead receives immediate attention and is efficiently converted into a scheduled appointment.
Pay: $4,500.00 per month
