We need a Dispatcher / Customer Care Specialist. We are a family owned and operated Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing service company in Farmington Hills that has been in business since 1925. Qualifications for our Dispatcher / Customer Care Specialist:
Preferably 1-3 years of experience in dispatching and customer service. Must have a positive attitude, learn quickly and adapt well to changes. You will serve as the bridge between our customers and technicians in the field.
Some of the skills we’re looking for in a Dispatcher / Customer Care Specialist:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Organize service technicians and dispatch accordingly
- Prevent and/or manage escalations
- Initiate communication with customers
- Handle customer inquiries with a sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Complete administrative duties and special projects as assigned
- Highly organized with special attention to details and demonstrated follow-through
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Learns quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, exceptional at prioritizing, and works well with a team
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
