What You’ll Be Doing:

• Scheduling & Dispatching: Answer customer calls, schedule appointments, and dispatch technicians to customer locations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinating & Communicating: Serve as the key point of contact between customers and technicians, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
• Problem-Solving: Handle urgent requests, reschedule appointments when needed, and help troubleshoot any customer issues with a smile.
• Tracking & Reporting: Keep an accurate record of service requests, work orders, and technician schedules in our system.
• Team Support: Work closely with our service team to ensure jobs are completed on time and customers are 100% satisfied.

What We’re Looking For:

• A customer-service enthusiast who’s ready to make a difference.
• Experience in dispatching, customer service, or administration (HVAC experience is a bonus!).
• Fantastic communication skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• A natural problem solver who can handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite or dispatch software (HVAC software experience a plus!).
• Ability to stay cool under pressure – you’re the calm in the storm during busy days and emergencies.
