Dispatcher, Customer Service, Client Relations & Executive Assistant

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Dispatcher, Customer Service and Client Relations Associate, Executive Assistant that have a minimum of five-years of experience in the service industry exp: Locksmith, Door Installation, A/C, Electrical, Plumbing. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Position requires excellent communication skills both verbal and written; job also requires computer literacy.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

You will work from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

You will be at the forefront of our customer service operations. Answering the phone with a friendly and professional demeanor, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to accurately gather information from customers and create service tickets. Dispatching our skilled technicians efficiently and effectively, you will ensure that each job is assigned promptly and schedules are optimized. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to go over service tickets, ensuring all necessary details are provided to our technicians. You will also be assisting in scanning, filing, organizing files and jobs as assigned by management and ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Must have a positive work ethic, a problem-solving mentality, and a 'can-do' attitude
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures; follows department training guidelines, best practices, and operating procedures
  • Follows all Location Safety and Security Guidelines
  • Demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and trust with confidential material, information, and documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Manage records and information
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Qualifications

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Ability to work successfully under the pressure of deadlines and to accept new ways of doing business
  • Computer literate is a MUST, (adept with computers and mobile devices as required for assisting customers, dispatching, data entry and communications)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in administrative services, customer service representative and client relations or other related fields
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school degree/GED is a MUST

Reasoning Ability

  • Must be able to follow instructions, work independently and/or within a team environment

Physical Demands

  • This position involves walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, hearing, and talking.

Compensation

  • Salary based on experience
  • Bonus dependent upon performance

Work Hours

  • Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
