Ragsdale Heating, Air, Plumbing, & Electrical is currently seeking a Dispatcher to join our team, comprised of creative and energetic employees dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.
Pay: $17-19/hour
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday; 10 am - 7 pm (*Sunday is 7:30 am - 4:30 pm)

What Will I Do?
- Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule
- Ensure proper job distribution, prioritize urgent calls
- Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location
- Keep customers updated on delays, notify them before tech arrives, and handle rescheduling professionally
- Review timesheet reports, track idle time, and maintain accurate service records
- Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments
- Communicate with field personnel
- Maintain accurate technician database
- Coordinate parts scheduling
Do I Have What It Takes?
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 3 years of dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
