TTO Logistics is a rapidly growing logistics company operating across multiple states. We manage delivery routes and support hundreds of independent drivers nationwide.
We’re seeking a dependable Dispatcher & Driver Recruiter to join our remote team and help with daily driver communication, coordination, and recruiting efforts.

This position is ideal for someone who’s motivated, organized, and enjoys working independently from home while contributing to a fast-paced logistics team.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily driver communication through chat and phone
• Support drivers with route coordination, delivery updates, and issue resolution
• Recruit new drivers through Indeed, Facebook, Craigslist, and other platforms
• Conduct screening calls and assist new drivers through onboarding
• Keep accurate hiring records and daily dispatch logs
• Communicate with management about route and staffing updates

Requirements

• Must have a computer/laptop and reliable internet connection
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Experience in dispatch, driver recruiting, or customer service preferred
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a strong plus
• Must be available 5–6 days per week, including some weekends
• Organized, professional, and self-motivated

Compensation & Growth

• $500/week base pay
• +$10 bonus for each driver you hire who completes a full week of work
• Opportunity for performance-based increases after consistent results
• 1099 independent contractor position (work from home)
• Flexible schedule
