Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for base oil and drilling mud hauls
• Coordinate pickup and delivery times with customers and field locations
• Monitor driver routes and ensure timely deliveries
• Communicate load instructions, safety requirements, and updates
• Handle schedule changes and troubleshoot logistical issues
• Maintain accurate load documentation and compliance records
• Track equipment availability and maintenance needs
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards

Job Requirements:

• Previous dispatch experience preferred (oil & gas industry experience a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of transportation logistics and routing
• Familiarity with DOT regulations preferred
• Proficiency with computers and dispatch software
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Wage Range: 850.00 - 1250.00 per week
