Duties

• Communicate clearly with drivers and customers, maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times.
• Enter data accurately
• Manage shipping & receiving documentation
• Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain and transportation planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience with dispatching in a logistics or transportation environment.
• Excellent communication skills professionally.
• Demonstrated analysis skills for shipment schedules
• Proficiency in data entry tasks using systems like Quick books with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with freight documentation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards.
