Dispatcher Experience in Towing Day & Night Shift

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule transportation activities for a fleet of vehicles
- Dispatch drivers to various locations based on customer locations and drop-offs
- Monitor driver progress and provide updates to customers as needed
- Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement in fleet efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of vehicles

-MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AS NEEDED
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including driver logs, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

Requirements:

- MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF DISPATCHING EXPERIENCE (Highway and local)

- Has the ability to work multi-line phone systems
- Proven experience in dispatching or logistics role
- Familiarity with fleet management systems and transportation management software
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
