Job Description

The Handyman Empire is seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher / Field Coordinator to help manage daily handyman operations.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in scheduling, team coordination, customer communication, field supervision, and general construction or repair knowledge. The role combines office coordination with on-site responsibilities to ensure repair, maintenance, and renovation projects are completed efficiently, safely, professionally, and according to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate technicians and daily routes
• Communicate with clients regarding appointments and job updates
• Supervise workers across various repair and maintenance jobs
• Visit job sites and properties for quality control
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and correctly
• Assist with resolving field and customer service issues
• Promote company services by distributing marketing materials online and in person when needed

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage field operations
• Previous experience in dispatching, handyman services, property management, or construction preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
